Andrea is a seasoned communication strategist with over a decade of experience advising senior leadership teams on strategy, cultural and commercial transformation programs. Her expertise spans corporate reputation management, positioning, professional growth programs, assertive communication, negotiation, and project leadership in multinational companies and foundations. Certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean (Harvard Medical School), Andrea's methodologies are rooted in scientific principles. She is also a triathlete and polyglot, fluent in Spanish, English, and German.

Marco Osorio

Marco Medrano is a seasoned Financial Director with extensive experience in managing financial operations for multiple companies across the United States, Spain, Honduras, and El Salvador. He has successfully led the commercial expansion plan for these regions, achieving a 150% year-over-year sales growth. Marco's expertise includes corporate credit management, syndicated loans structuring, financial modeling, and distressed debt restructuring. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Political Science and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Marco is also experienced in residential real estate investments in New York City.
